Ormond by the Sea is a quaint seaside community betwen Ormond Beach

and Flagler Beach on Florida's central east coast.  Ormond by the sea is

on a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. 

A summer playground  for the rich like Henry Flagler and John D.

Rockefeller in years gone by, Ormond Beach is now known as the

Birthplace of Speed due to the early auto races on its beaches.  Ormond

by the Sea is North of the Ormond Beach city limits and is an

unincorporated area that is mostly residential.  Ormond Beach is centrally

located to many of central Floridas  most popular attractions.

Of course we are just 6 miles from Daytona Beach.  Home of the

Ormond Beach is part of the greater Daytona Beach area in Volusia

County, Florida.  Lots to do in and around the Daytona Beach area

and when the day is done you can relax on the private balcony of your

Ormond Beach condo rental and sip your favorite beverage while

basking in the ocean breeze. 

Many of our guests enjoy day trips to the major attractions while

having days off in between at their rental condo to relax and have

a home cooked meal. 

Ormond By the Sea has less than 9,000 households and a population

under 20,000.  Many of the condominium units and single

family residences are occupied full time.  Some are only used

occaisionally as a second home and some are occupied only

as a winter residence.
