*For all rentals 6 months or less add 12.5% Florida tax, $60 one time cleaning
fee 2 Bdrm, $75 three bedroom. Prices are up to 6 persons - 2 bedroom or 8
persons-, 3 bedroom. $200 refundable security deposit must accompany all
reservations. All reservations are on a first come, first served basis. All
payments due 30 days prior to check-in. No Exceptions. Administrative
fee of $25 for any reservation changed or cancelled.
Ocean View Rental Policies
A copy of our policies is given to each tenant along with the condominium rules and regulations.
Each tenant must sign a statement acknowledging receipt of and agreeing to abide by the policies
and rules and regulations. Rules, regulations and policies are intended to:
- Ensure the quiet enjoyment of facilities.
-Protect the interest of all parties.
-Maintain the value of property.
-Provide order to owner/tenant transactions.
- Ensure proper behavior.
- Minimize problems for permanent residents.
Ocean View recognizes the value of publishing the rules, regulations, and policies "up front" to
ensure an effective transaction with each rental. Providing each guest a copy and requiring their
signature ensures that there is no question and no misunderstanding.

Refund Policy: Deposits and prepayments are refundable until 30 days prior

to scheduled arrival date. $25.00 Cancellation fee.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations: Within 30 days of scheduled arrival date - No deposit refund.

Prepayments will be refunded subject to re-rental (no exception) and a 20%

Administrative Fee.

Minimum age is 25 for all rentals.

Each occupant agrees to abide by the rental policies and the condominium

rules and regulations.

Maximum occupancy is 6 persons for a 2 bdrm and 8 for a three bedroom.

The cost for any damages, phone charges, and items missing from the unit
-
will be deducted from the security deposit.

Approval for any vehicle other than a passenger automobile must be approved
-
prior to arrival.

Check ins after 4 PM(3 PM Saturdays) are not permitted unless arranged
-
prior to arrival. There is a late check-in fee of $25.00 which also applies

to arrivals scheduled on non-business days.

All payments are due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check in is 2 PM. Check out is by 10 AM.

Your signature is required agreeing to abide by the rules and policies. Access to

the rented property will NOT be provided without your signature.

Monthly rentals arriving on the first day of the month check out is on the last

day of the month.

Ocean Shore Blvd. is located between many of the condominium buildings

and the Atlantic Ocean. This will not be an acceptable reason for cancellation
-
refunds.

No refunds for early departure.

Lockout charge of $50 unless during office hours.

Late arrival is not an acceptable reason for cancellation, refunds, or changes
-
to scheduled departure.
-

Weather is not an acceptable reason for cancellation refunds.
