*For all rentals 6 months or less add 12.5% Florida tax,
$70 one time cleaning fee 2 Bdrm, $85 three bedroom.
Prices are up to 6 persons - 2 bedroom or 8 persons-, 3 bedroom.
$200 refundable security deposit must accompany all reservations.
All reservations are on a first come, first served basis.
All payments due 30 days prior to check-in. No Exceptions.
Administrative fee of $25 for any reservation changed or canceled.
All payments are deposited in an interest-bearing account with all interest to accrue to Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, inc.

Security deposits
Regardless of the original payment method (cash, credit card, etc.) for a security deposit, Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc. will return the deposit by sending a check 4-6 weeks following your departure unless you are using it to hold another reservation or unless there is a problem that requires us to hold the deposit to apply to damages or missing items or other issues at the vacation rental property.

Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc. maintains a late arrival system for
guests that anticipate a
rrival outside our normal business hours. Relieve any stress
you may experience in planning your Vacation Rental by taking advantage of the Ocean View Guaranteed Late Arrival System. Worrying about arriving on time to pick up your keys to access your Vacation Rental accommodations can easily be eliminated.
Once we have your full payment and your signature, everything you need to access and entry to your Vacation Rental House or Condo will be placed in a Combination Lock Box outside our office for $25.00. Please note that this service must be arranged and paid in advance. You will then be able to arrive anytime day or night. When you contact Ocean View to make your reservations just tell us you would like the Guaranteed Late Arrival or Lock Box option.
