Special Notice For our Vacation rental customers
Effective July 1, 2011 Ocean View Condominium Rental Group Inc. has made significant changes to the reservation process.
1. Insurance is now available to protect our guests from financial loss should the unexpected occur. Go to http://content.travelguard.com/adx/aspx/adxGetMedia.aspx?DocID=20582 to view a flyer describing the all seasons travel plan.
2. A $25 non-refundable fee is now required for each reservation. This will purchase an accidental rental damage insurance policy. Follow this link to view a flyer describing the ARDI plan. http://content.travelguard.com/adx/aspx/adxGetMedia.aspx?DocID=8080
3. The damage waiver does not cover theft, gross negligence, willful or wanton conduct, intentional damage, lost keys, swimming pool passes, club cards or gate cards, excessive wear and tear, unauthorized late check-outs, pets, smoking, or any other violation of our rental policies.
4. There is no longer a security deposit; the initial deposit to book a reservation may be deducted from your rental amount when the final payment is made.

Additional vacation Rental Rate information
*For all rentals 6 months or less add 12.5% Florida tax,
$70 one time cleaning fee 2 Bdrm, $85 minimum three bedroom.
Prices are up to 6 persons in a 2 bedroom or 8 persons in a 3 bedroom.
$200 deposit and the $25 non refundable ARDI must accompany all reservations.
All reservations are on a first come, first served basis.
All payments due 30 days prior to check-in. No Exceptions.
Administrative fee of $25 for any reservation changed or canceled.
All payments are deposited in an interest-bearing account with all interest to accrue to Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, inc.

Guaranteed Late Arrival for Ormond By The Sea Florida Vacation Rental homes and condos
Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc. maintains a late arrival system for
guests that anticipate arrival outside our normal business hours. Relieve any stress
you may experience in planning your Vacation Rental by taking advantage of the Ocean View Guaranteed Late Arrival System. Worrying about arriving on time to pick up your keys to access your Vacation Rental  accommodations can easily be eliminated.
Once we have your full payment and your signature, everything you need to access and entry to your Vacation Rental House or Condo will be placed in a Combination Lock Box outside our office for $25.00. Please note that this service must be arranged and paid in advance. You will then be able to arrive anytime day or night. When you contact Ocean View Condominium Rental Group to make your reservations just tell us you would like the Guaranteed Late Arrival or Lock Box option.
The lockboxes are located on the north end of the building outside the Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc office at:

Security deposits
Regardless of the original payment method (cash, credit card, etc.) for a security deposit, Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc. will return the deposit by sending a check 4-6 weeks following your departure unless you are using it to hold another reservation or unless there is a problem that requires us to hold the deposit to apply to damages or missing items or other issues at the vacation rental home or condo.
