with 38 units built in 1973. Units face the pool area and are all
2 bedrooms upstairs with a secure private garage. Many units
have added laundry facilities in the garage.Minimum rental is
monthly. Many of the units are occupied full time.
Most units face the pool area but have an ocean view.There
are two rows of townhouse condos going east to west. There
is a courtyard and pool between the rows. Some of the units
may allow small pets for a vacation rental with an additional deposit.
