Villa by the Sea vacation rentals in Ormond By The Sea, Florida is a 2 building, 4 plex at 2760 & 2764 Ocean Shore Blvd in Ormond By The Sea with 2 vacation rental units in each building. The four-plex is at the corner of Ocean Shore Blvd. (A1A) and Imperial Heights Drive. There is a pretty courtyard between the buildings and an outdoor shower and garages in the back. All units are 2 bedroom 2 bath and have an ocean view. There is a washer in each unit and one dryer in the garage. Unit D has a stack washer and dryer. There is no pool and no elevator. Maximum occupancy is 4 people per unit. Vacation rental are available weekly, monthly, or longer. Rates are $500 Weekly and $1500 Monthly. Special event time periods will be at higher rates.
All 4 units were refurbished after being heavily damaged by Hurricane Charley in August 2004. Modern electric kitchen and new furniture make these vacation rental units a pleasure. Each unit has been assigned a unique nautical theme name in addition to the letter identification to further enhance your vacation rental experience.
Balconies are the width of the units and very spacious to provide fabulous ocean breezes and views.
You may prefer this style vacation rental because of the availability of the private garage and entrance. Spend the winter here in a nicely furnished and well equipped rental unit and spend your days golfing and fishing and your evenings relaxing on your private balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Peaceful Ormond By The Sea is a great place to spend a week or longer for your vacation rental.

Two bedroom vacation rentals homes and condos have a maximum occupancy of 6 (4 if there is no sleeper sofa) so if you have 7 or more in your travel party, please go to the 3+ bedroom rentals page. An alternative would be to rent multiple vacation properties to accommodate your travel group. Many of our customers prefer the privacy of their own place. Please note that some home and condo owners restrict occupancy that is lower than our normal maximum for vacation rentals. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in additional fees.
