face the ocean. Generally they face a courtyard with the pool. There is an
ocean view but not a direct facing view. These units feature a private
garage and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is an upstairs balcony off the
spacious master bedroom. The units are about 1200 sq ft. Many of the
units have added a washer and dryer in the garage since they were built
in the early 70's. Typical Condo rental rates apply for most units.
