Effective July 1, 2011 Ocean View Condominium Rental Group Inc. has made significant changes to the reservation process. 

 

 1.      Insurance is now available to protect our guests from financial loss should the unexpected occur. Go to http://content.travelguard.com/adx/aspx/adxGetMedia.aspx?DocID=20582 to view a flyer describing the all seasons travel plan.

2.      A $25 non-refundable fee is now required for each reservation.  This will purchase an accidental rental damage insurance policy.  Follow this link to view a flyer describing the ARDI plan.  http://content.travelguard.com/adx/aspx/adxGetMedia.aspx?DocID=8080

3.      The damage waiver does not cover theft, gross negligence, willful or wanton conduct, intentional damage, lost keys, swimming pool passes, club cards or gate cards, excessive wear and tear, unauthorized late check-outs, pets, smoking, or any other violation of our rental policies.

4.      There is no longer a security deposit; the initial deposit to book a reservation may be deducted from your rental amount when the final payment is made.


Ormond By The Sea Florida Townhouse
Vacation Rental Condos   

Most of the Ormond Beach condo vacation rental Townhouse units do not directly face the ocean. Generally they face a courtyard with the pool. There is an ocean
view but not a direct facing view. These units feature a private garage and 2
bedrooms upstairs. There is an upstairs balcony off the spacious master bedroom.
The units are about 1200 sq ft. Many of the units have added a washer and dryer
in the garage since they were built in the early 70's. Typical Condo rental rates
apply for most units.
Vacation rentals and holiday rentals in these Ormond By The Sea condos are
limited since most of the townhouse style Ormond Beach condo rentals are
restricted to a monthly minimum by their Condo Associations. Many people prefer
this style condo for their holiday rental because of the availability of the private
garage and entrance. Spend the winter here in a nicely furnished and well equipped
townhouse rental and spend your days golfing and fishing and your evenings
relaxing on your private balcony overlooking the pool. Peaceful Ormond By The Sea
is a great place to spend a month or longer for your vacation rental.

Two bedroom vacation rentals homes and condos have a maximum occupancy of 6 (4 if there is no sleeper sofa) so if you have 7 or more in your travel party, please go to the 3+ bedroom rentals page.  An alternative would be to rent multiple vacation properties to accommodate your travel group.  Many of our customers prefer the privacy of their own place.  Please note that some home and condo owners restrict occupancy that is lower than our normal maximum for vacation rentals.  Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in additional fees.  Click the link below to review options for 3 or more bedroom vacation rental homes and condos.
