Sit on your private balcony and watch the beautiful Atlantic Ocean sunrise. Nothing is built on the ocean side of the road as is the case in Ormond By The sea. Route A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd) runs right along the beach. Centrally located elevator and a fresh water swimming pool
with easy access to the traffic-free beach. Enjoy your ormond Beach condo rental time here and have a peaceful and relaxing vacation on the beach. Sunny Beach club is a small 33 unit 5 story complex built in 1990. 2 Bedroom units are about 936 Sq. Ft. and all units face the ocean. Sunny Beach Club features natural tropical landscaping around the pool area. Parking at the rear of the building is all open since the huricanes of 2004 destroyed the carports. Minimum rental is weekly.
