It is the southeast end of the building so the double window on the south wall of the living room provides outside light and fabulous views. T.V. in the master bedroom and T.V & VCR in the living room and a stack washer and dryer in the unit. This unit is in an excellent location in the building for sunlight and views and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your Ormond By The Sea Florida vacation.
The all electric modern kitchen was upgraded with new countertops in 2007 and includes dishwasher and Garbage disposal. Fully furnished and well equipped.
