Seawinds 204. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the 2nd floor has a King
size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen size bed in the guest bedroom.
There is foam in the closet to help make the sleeper sofa more comfortable.
There is a DVD player and T.V in each bedroom. The owners use the unit
and keep their “stuff” locked in the master bedroom closet. They have
provided a wardrobe in the master bedroom for guest use. You are greeted
By a ceramic tile entry and carpeting through the rest of the unit. The living
Room set was replaced in 2007. Each bedroom has a TV and there are 4
ceiling fans for your added comfort.

Seawinds condo is directly on traffic free Ormond Beach.
Beach front rates apply.

Features include underground parking, security, oceanfront pool,central
elevator, and fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony.
A modern electric kitchen, inside laundry and central heat and air are also
