Seascape Condominium in Ormond By The Sea Florida opened in 1983. The 5 story “L”
shaped building has units facing north and east toward the pool and the
Atlantic Ocean. All units are 2 bedroom, 2 bath and are approximately 1200 Sq.
ft. The building features secure entry to the elevator and one underground
assigned parking space for each unit. There is ample guest parking above the
garage.
The spacious units feature inside stackable washer and dryer, a wet
bar and a large balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.
Smoking is not allowed in the building. There is a deck and BBQ area at the
back of the parking lot. Minimum rental is monthly. Pets are not allowed.
Vacation rentals, seasonal rentals and longer condo rentals are available in
this highly sought after building.
