Seabridge North is a 65 unit Condominium complex built in 1994 and has 3 bedroom units as well as 2 bedroom units. There are also railings on the first floor patios, which is unique since most first floor condo patios are open and you can walk right out onto the grounds.
Seabridge South is a 70 unit complex built in 1991 and has a heated pool. Note that in colder weather the pool heater may be turned off.
Each complex consists of two 5 story buildings across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. Both have elevators and all of the units have a view, with higher floors having a more extensive view.
Ocean View has several rental units in both Seabridge north and Seabridge South condos and we have units on each floor. While some vacation renters prefer the higher floors to get the better ocean Views, many also prefer the convenience of the first floor. Walk out your living room slider across to the beach. Park near your entry door to bring in groceries without having to deal with the elevator.
Each complex also has a fresh water swimming pool and laundry facilities in each unit. Most of the units are 2 Bdrm, 2 Bath and are 936 Sq Ft. Some units are larger, approx. 1110 Sq Ft. Seabridge North also has 3 Bdrm 2 Bath units that are approx 1400 Sq Ft. Seabridge South has a heated pool.
Pets are not allowed. Minimum rental is weekly.
Trucks and trailers are not allowed on the properties.
Rates are generally $600 weekly and $1700 monthly for the 2 bedroom units. See the rental rates page for details and special pricing. Taxes, cleaning fees, and security deposit are also required.
