Seabridge North vacation rental condo unit 313 is on the third floor at the north end of the complex. End units have a slightly larger balcony and windows on the side for additional light. This unit is very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your Ormond by the sea vacation rental. Fabulous ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave and side by side refrigerator. There is a luggage cart in the unit or you could use it to hang clothing, since the guest bedroom closet is locked. The master bedroom features a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two single beds. Berber carpeting transitions well from the ceramic tile entry and kitchen.
Pets are not allowed. Minimum rental is weekly.
There are limits for trucks and trailers such that ANY trucks or
trailers must be approved IN ADVANCE.
