sliding door to your direct oceanfront balcony from the living room and both bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, T.V., ceiling fan, 2 sinks and his & hers closets with mirrored
sliding doors. The Guest bedroom has a king bed and ceiling fan. Fabulous ocean Views from
every room are a bonus with this well-maintained and nicely furnished condo.
Your balcony faces the ocean and there are windows on the north wall of the living room and dining room. The balcony is about 30 feet long and has access from the living room and both bedrooms.
This spacious unit has lots of closet space and lots of kitchen cabinets.
The Regency Plaza Condominium building has an exercise room, sauna rooms - male & female, there's a pool table, a library, a card room and a club room where they have parties and stuff.
There is of course, a pool. Underground garage parking.
