Built in 1974, this "u" shaped 3 story-building surrounds a beautiful pool and courtyard area.
Many of the units have a garage. Garages form the perimeter of the south and north sides
of the property. All of the individual units are 2 bedroom, 2 bath and are approximately 1300
square feet, making them some of the more spacious condos in the area.
Elevators are at the West End of the building, one on the north side and one on the south side.
Just across A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd) from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, there are two convenient
beach access points to get through the dunes to the beach.
Minimum rental is monthly and pets are not allowed.
There are limits for trucks and trailers such that ANY trucks or trailers must be approved IN ADVANCE.
Rates are generally $1700 monthly. See the rental rates page for details and
special pricing. Taxes, cleaning fees, and security deposit are also required.
