view of the courtyard and pool area. There is a limited ocean view from the balcony.
Unit 316 is maintained in excellent condition and is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your Ormond By The Sea vacation rental. The huge master bedroom features a king bed and TV and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. Unit 316 is 2 bedrooms 2 baths with a garage.The unit is nicely furnished and ready for your holiday vacation. Enjoy your favorite beverage and the view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from your balcony. Minimum rental is monthly.  No smoking and no pets please.
There are limits for trucks and trailers such that ANY trucks or trailers must be approved IN ADVANCE.
