Ormond Breakers 103 is a large 2 bedroom 2 bath first floor vacation rental (monthly minimum) condo with a garage. This unit is very well maintained and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your Ormond by the Sea vacation. A ceramic tile entry and kitchen greet you into a spacious and well-appointed living area.
Ormond Breakers Vacation Rental Condo Unit 103 is a beautiful Ormond by the Sea Vacation Rental Condo that has been totally redone. All new kitchen, walls, cabinets, fixtures, appliances and flooring. The unit is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. The modern all electric kitchen features a built in microwave, smooth top range and icemaker. The Master bedroom features a King bed, TV and ceiling fan. The Guest bedroom also has a TV and ceiling fan and features twin beds. There is a walk-in shower with a seat and handicapped bar in the master bath.
The unit is convenient to it's garage.
Minimum rental is monthly and pets are not allowed.
There are limits for trucks and trailers such that ANY trucks or trailers must be approved IN ADVANCE.
