Ocean House Condominiums in Ormond by the Sea is a 2 building, 5 story complex built in 1983. Features include a delightful pool area between the two buildings, and one underground reserved parking space for each unit. Above the garage there is an additional assigned parking space for each unit. There is convenient beach access through the dunes. The units are spacious and include a utility room with full size washer and dryer and fabulous views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The two buildings are designated either A or B with A being the building to the south. The complex also has a fresh water swimming pool between the two buildings a utility room with laundry facilities in each unit. All units are 2 Bdrm, 2 Bath and are approximately 1100 Sq Ft. Pets are not allowed. Minimum rental is weekly.
There are limits for trucks and trailers such that ANY trucks or trailers must be approved IN ADVANCE.
Rates are generally $600 weekly and $1700 monthly for the 2 bedroom units. See the rental rates page for details and special pricing. Taxes, cleaning fees, and security deposit are
