Features include a delightful fresh water swimming pool between the two buildings, and one underground reserved parking space for each unit. Above the garage there is an additional assigned parking space for each unit. There is convenient beach access through the dunes. The units are spacious and include a utility room with full size washer and dryer
and fabulous views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The two buildings are designated either A or B with A being the building to the south. All units are 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and are approximately 1100 Sq Ft. Pets are not allowed. Minimum rental is weekly.

Ocean House 403A is a 4th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental condo with a fabulous view of the Atlantic Ocean. The building features underground parking and a beautiful pool with a gas grill nearby. The ceramic tile entry accents the well-coordinated decor in the nicely furnished vacation rental condo. The master bedroom features a TV, king-size bed and an ocean view. The guest bedroom has twin beds. The fully equipped modern electric kitchen
includes an icemaker and has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or snacks while enjoying your Ormond By The Sea vacation.
There are limits for trucks and trailers such that ANY trucks or trailers must be approved IN ADVANCE.
