LEEWARD WINDS unit 502 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It’s approximately 1140 sq. ft.
Leeward Winds Unit 502 is a beautiful top (5th) floor condo that is well maintained.
The owner uses this unit quite often as a weekend getaway. This condo is nicely
furnished and very well equipped. There is a queen bed in the master and a Quen bed in
the guest bedroom. The unit has a utility room with washer and dryer. This would be a
great place to spend your Ormond By The Sea vacation. The unit has everything you
need to enjoy your condo rental. Full size washer and dryer are in the utility room.
The heated pool is on the west side of the building. There is a gate surrounding the
back entry of the building that residents lock at night for security. A gas grill is
available in the entry area. One Carport space is reserved for each unit.
The minimum rental is weekly.
Sorry, no pets and smoking is not permitted in the units or in the building.
