LEEWARD WINDS unit 401 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It’s approximately
1140 sq. ft. and is on the 4th floor. It is the south end unit of the building.
The unit is very well maintained, and nicely furnished with a mix of antiques
and newer furniture. The owner has lovingly decorated and has equipped
the unit with everything you need to enjoy your Ormond By The Sea vacation
condo rental. Full size washer and dryer are in the utility room. There is a
queen size bed in both the master bedroom and the quest bedroom.
The heated pool is on the west side of the building. Inside laundry, carport parking.
There is a gate surrounding the back entry of the building that residents
lock at night for security. A gas grill is available in the entry area.
The minimum rental is weekly. Sorry, no pets and smoking is not permitted in the
units or in the building. Vacation rentals, seasonal rentals and longer condo rentals
are available in this highly sought after building.
