Leeward Winds vacation rental unit 303 is a spacious and beautiful condo just waiting
for you to come and enjoy an Ormond By The Sea vacation at the beach. Fabulous
views of the Atlantic Ocean, open and updated kitchen, full size washer and dryer, 3
ceiling fans and TV in the master bedroom are a few of the features that make this
condo a great place for your vacation on Florida’s coast. The unit also features
ceramic tile throughout and King size bed in the master bedroom.

The heated pool is on the west side of the building. Inside laundry, carport parking.
There is a gate surrounding the back entry of the building that residents
lock at night for security. A gas grill is available in the entry area.
The minimum rental is weekly. Sorry, no pets and smoking is not permitted in the
units or in the building. Vacation rentals, seasonal rentals and longer condo rentals
are available in this highly sought after building.
