Units are approximately 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms/2 bath with ocean views. The
heated pool is on the west side of the building. Inside laundry, carport parking. The
building wraps around the corner at Ocean Grove Drive such that some of the units
face north. There is a gate surrounding the back entry of the building that residents
lock at night for security. A gas grill is available in the entry area.
The minimum rental is weekly. Sorry, no pets and smoking is not permitted in the
units or in the building. Vacation rentals, seasonal rentals and longer condo rentals
are available in this highly sought after building.
