This two building complex was built in 1981. All units face toward the ocean and are
2 bedroom/2 bath. Approximately 1200 sq.ft. There is underground parking, tennis
and a pool. Minimum rental is monthly. Each unit features an inside utility room with
washer and dryer and a spacious master suite. Each building is 5 stories high and
with the staggered design their are few common walls with neighboring units.
Sorry, no pets and smoking is not permitted in the units or in the building.
Vacation rentals, seasonal rentals and longer condo rentals are available in this
highly sought after building. Monthly minimum rentals only please.
