The 5 story building has only 22 units facing the Atlantic Ocean. All units
are 2 bedroom, 2 bath and are approximately 936 Sq. ft. The pool is at
the south end of the building and gets lots of sunshine. There is a carport
space reserved for each condo unit and a grill at the north end of the building.
