Aquarius Condominiums is a 10 story, 67 unit, direct Oceanfront condominium building built in Greek/Roman architecture in 1973. Special features include men’s and ladies steam sauna, shuffleboard, ocean front BBQ area, keypad building entry system, underground parking and an Oceanfront heated fresh water swimming pool. Laundry facilities are on each floor of the building. The minimum rental allowed is monthly and guests are not allowed to have pets.
Many of the units are owner occupied and not available for rent. Condominium units at the Aquarius are spacious and offer modern electric kitchens, large balconies, and lots of closet space and views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
The minimum rental is Monthly. Sorry, no pets and smoking is not permitted in the units or in the building.
