Built in 2001, 6 Sand Dollar Dr. is a beautiful 3-bedroom Ormond By The Sea, Florida vacation rental home with 3 baths, a 2-car garage and over 2600 sq. ft. of living area.

 All ceramic tile, this home has John Anderson Drive in back and a Peek a boo view of the Halifax River.

 

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals while on vacation.

 This vacation rental home includes a computer and wireless internet in the study, which could be the 4th bedroom, a nice patio in the back and breezy sitting area next to the front door.

 The master suite boasts a tray ceiling, sitting area with sliding doors to the rear patio, a large tub, walk-in shower and a king size bed.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and sliding doors to the rear patio while the third bedroom has twin beds.  Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. 

 This beautiful Ormond By The Sea, Florida vacation rental home will sleep a maximum of 8 by using the sleeper sofa in the study.  All this and within walking distance to the beach.

 

This is a non-smoking property.  Please do not use the fishing poles.  The rate is $990 weekly, special event times will be at higher rates.  Monthly rentals will not be possible at this vacation rental home.  Cleaning fee is $110.

Please, no smoking anywhere in this home, including the garage.  No pets.  Thank you.

All rentals are subject to availability and are first come first served.

Rental rates vary for each vacation rental home due to many factors. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice unless or until a deposit is received by Ocean View Condominium Rental Group to bind a reservation.  The most current rates may not always be on the web site. Please add 12.5% tax, a minimum $200.00 security deposit, and a cleaning fee to the rates given. Security deposits are usually returned 4-6 weeks following departure assuming there is no damage and there are no missing items. Many of our guests request the security deposit be held to secure a future reservation.
A departure cleaning fee is also added to each rental.  Cleaning fees are minimum $70 and are higher for larger properties.  Additional deposit may be required for properties that allow pets.
