A short private road runs from A1A to the beach and has only four homes on each side of the street. This one is the second from the beach and a short walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The Beach is less than a football field away.  A nicely updated 2 bedroom 1 bath beach cottage, this vacation rental boasts fabulous ocean views, laundry facilities, and a single car garage. Tastefully decorated with mirrors and wall hangings. The all-ceramic living area is light and bright and just waiting for you to come to the beach.   Close to shopping and restaurants. Rentals are $600 weekly or $1500 monthly.  Special event time periods will be at higher rates and slower times may be at reduced rates. All rentals are subject to availability and are first come first served.

Rental rates vary for each vacation rental home due to many factors. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice unless or until a deposit is received by Ocean View to bind a reservation.  The most current rates may not always be on the web site. Please add 12.5% tax, a $200.00 security deposit, and a cleaning fee to the rates given. Security deposits are usually returned 4-6 weeks following departure assuming there is no damage and there are no missing items. Many of our guests request the security deposit be held to secure a future reservation.
A departure cleaning fee is also added to each rental.  Cleaning fees are minimum $70 and are higher for larger properties.
