Available for special event, seasonal, or year round rentals. Completely furnished with a fold out bed in Florida room. Sleeps 6 with 1 bath including new shower. Has central A/C and heat throughout with large enclosed furnished rear porch screened in front porch, and garage with remote opener. The house is classic beach bungalow style, clean, well maintained, newly painted exterior, large indoor washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, stove & oven, brand new portable gas grill, all new dinner service for 8, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, sheets, towels and tools. Includes two TV’s with cable remotes, VCR, large AM/FM stereo & tape player, telephone and overhead fans. Has beautifully landscaped front and rear yards with palm trees, tropical plants and flowers. Pets are welcome.

All rentals are subject to availability and are first come first served.

Rental rates vary for each vacation rental home due to many factors. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice unless or until a deposit is received by Ocean View Condominium Rental Group to bind a reservation.  The most current rates may not always be on the web site. Please add 12.5% tax, a minimum $200.00 security deposit, and a cleaning fee to the rates given. Security deposits are usually returned 4-6 weeks following departure assuming there is no damage and there are no missing items. Many of our guests request the security deposit be held to secure a future reservation.
A departure cleaning fee is also added to each rental.  Cleaning fees are minimum $70 and are higher for larger properties.  Additional deposit may be required for properties that allow pets.
