35 Briggs Drive is a 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental home with a single car garage. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the floors are ceramic tile. Laundry facilities are in the garage. There is an outdoor shower and a garage door opener. Each bedroom has a T.V. and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a full size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Briggs Drive runs from Ocean Shore Blvd. (A1A) to John Anderson Drive which runs along the Halifax River in Ormond By The Sea. 35 is at the river and of the road where there is a community dock for fishing or watching the sun set. This is a great home to enjoy your Ormond by The Sea vacation rental.
Small pets welcome with additional deposit. $500 weekly or $1200 monthly.

All rentals are subject to availability and are first come first served.
Rental rates vary for each vacation rental home due to many factors. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice unless or until a deposit is received by Ocean View to bind a reservation. The most current rates may not always be on the web site. Please add
12.5% tax, a
$200.00 security deposit, and a cleaning fee to the rates given. Security
deposits are usually returned 4-6 weeks following departure assuming there is no damage and there are no missing items. Many of our guests request the security deposit be held to secure a future reservation.
A departure cleaning fee is also added to each rental. Cleaning fees are
minimum $70 and are higher for larger properties.
