All rentals are subject to availability and are first come first served.
Rental rates vary for each vacation rental home due to many factors. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice unless or until a deposit is received by Ocean View Condominium Rental Group to bind a reservation. The most current rates may not always be on the web site. Please add
12.5% tax, a minimum
$200.00 security deposit, and a cleaning fee to the rates given. Security
deposits are usually returned 4-6 weeks following departure assuming there is no damage and there are no missing items. Many of our guests request the security deposit be held to secure a future reservation.
A departure cleaning fee is also added to each rental. Cleaning fees are
minimum $70 and are higher for larger properties. Additional deposit may be required for properties that allow pets.

All Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc. guests in our vacation rental homes must agree to abide by the Ocean View Condominium Rental Group vacation rental policies. Ocean View has a simple form for each guest to sign to indicate agreement to abide by the policies. Keys to your vacation rental home
can not be provided without your signature.

Most of our properties no longer allow smoking inside and many cannot accommodate trucks or trailers so be sure to let Ocean View know in advance of making a reservation.
