Vacation Rental Home 17 Sunny Beach Drive in Ormond By The Sea Florida is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a 2 car garage. Within easy walking distance to the beach, this spacious home features a washer/dryer in the garage and everything you need to enjoy your Ormond By the Sea vacation rental. The ceramic tile Living area is offset by carpeted bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a trundle bed which makes into twins or a king bed, TV and ceiling fan with lots of closet space. The Guest bedroom has one twin and one queen bed. There is a TV in the Living room and Florida room. Long driveway beside the home for parking a trailer. This home will sleep 6 with the sleeper sofa. The eat-in kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and the back patio is perfect for outdoor dining when you cook on the gas grill. An outdoor shower makes for easy clean up when you return from the beach.
Each vacation renter in properties rented by Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc. receives an information sheet with some basic information about the home or condo they are renting to help our tenants enjoy their vacation in Ormond By The Sea Florida.

All rentals are subject to availability and are first come first served.
Rental rates vary for each vacation rental home due to many factors. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice unless or until a deposit is received by Ocean View Condominium Rental Group to bind a reservation. The most current rates may not always be on the web site. Please add
12.5% tax, a minimum
$200.00 security deposit, and a cleaning fee to the rates given. Security
deposits are usually returned 4-6 weeks following departure assuming there is no damage and there are no missing items. Many of our guests request the security deposit be held to secure a future reservation.
A departure cleaning fee is also added to each rental. Cleaning fees are
minimum $70 and are higher for larger properties. Additional deposit may be required for properties that allow pets.

All Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc. guests in our vacation rental homes must agree to abide by the Ocean View Condominium Rental Group vacation rental policies.
