3 bedroom 2 bath modern home is beautifully furnished
and well equipped for your vacation enjoyment.

This spacious, 1800 square foot 3Bedroom 2 Bath split-plan, ranch style home offers a large, fully-equipped, kitchen, an open area combination breakfast area, living/family room, formal dining room; a Florida sun room; laundry room; and garage. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, walk-in closet, private bath with walk-in shower and 36" TV.
A hallway separated from the living area by a pocket door for privacy leads to the two
additional bedrooms and full bathroom. The "front" bedroom is furnished with a daybed,
which may be used as two twin beds or a king sized bed (appropriate bedding for either is
available)and the "back" bedroom houses a full size bed. A furnished backyard deck is
accessed by the sliders directly behind the breakfast area and kitchen or through the
sun room.  All bedrooms have a TV and ceiling fan.

Ormond By The Sea Florida vacation home rentals

All rentals are subject to availability and are first come first served.

Rental rates vary for each vacation rental home due to many factors. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice unless or until a deposit is received by Ocean View Condominium Rental Group to bind a reservation.  The most current rates may not always be on the web site. Please add 12.5% tax, a minimum $200.00 security deposit, and a cleaning fee to the rates given. Security deposits are usually returned 4-6 weeks following departure assuming there is no damage and there are no missing items. Many of our guests request the security deposit be held to secure a future reservation.
A departure cleaning fee is also added to each rental.  Cleaning fees are minimum $70 and are higher for larger properties.  Additional deposit may be required for properties that allow pets.

All Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc. guests in our vacation rental homes must agree to abide by the Ocean View Condominium Rental Group vacation rental policies.  Ocean View has a simple form for each guest to sign to indicate agreement to abide by the policies.  Keys to your vacation rental home can not be provided without your signature.
