All of this located on a deep lot located directly accross from the beautiful Intracoastal (Halifax River) Waterway. Monthly rentals are $1700, weekly $700 and special events are at higher rates. All rentals are subject to availability and are first come first served.
Rental rates vary for each vacation rental home due to many factors. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice unless or until a deposit is received by Ocean View Condominium Rental Group to bind a reservation. The most current rates may not always be on the web site. Please add
12.5% tax, a minimum
$200.00 security deposit, and a cleaning fee to the rates given. Security
deposits are usually returned 4-6 weeks following departure assuming there is no damage and there are no missing items. Many of our guests request the security deposit be held to secure a future reservation.
A departure cleaning fee is also added to each rental. Cleaning fees are
minimum $70 and are higher for larger properties. Additional deposit may be required for properties that allow pets.
