This 3-bedroom 2-bath vacation rental pool home is so close to the beach you can see the ocean standing on the patio. Available for special events, this spacious home has a single car garage and access to the pool from the kitchen, living room and third bedroom. The master suite has dual sinks, a walk in shower, TV, ceiling fan and queen size bed. The kitchen is well equipped for making your favorite meal while on vacation in Ormond by the Sea, Florida. Additional features of this vacation rental home includes full size washer and dryer in the garage, a gas grill on the patio and a desk for sitting and writing those wish you were here postcards.   Monthly rentals are $2200 and special events are $1900 plus tax, cleaning,and security deposit.

Vacation rental home rates and rental policies for
Ormond By The Sea Florida vacation home rentals

All rentals are subject to availability and are first come first served.

Rental rates vary for each vacation rental home due to many factors. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice unless or until a deposit is received by Ocean View Condominium Rental Group to bind a reservation.  The most current rates may not always be on the web site. Please add 12.5% tax, a minimum $200.00 security deposit, and a cleaning fee to the rates given. Security deposits are usually returned 4-6 weeks following departure assuming there is no damage and there are no missing items. Many of our guests request the security deposit be held to secure a future reservation.
A departure cleaning fee is also added to each rental.  Cleaning fees are minimum $70 and are higher for larger properties.  Additional deposit may be required for properties that allow pets.
